What to expect in a session:

Each session will begin with a brief check-in, where you can choose to share what issue you want to focus on, or what element you want to call in. You can also decide if you'd like to sit or lay down.

We’ll begin with a brief visualization to help you ground your intention of healing. If you’re open to it, crystals can be placed around the body in a grid. 

​

Next we’ll use body tuners, where a fork is place directly on the body and creates a vibration. Research shows that body tuners resonate through the whole body and cause cells to spike nitric oxide. This boost of nitric oxide balances the autonomic nervous system and is a universal source of well-being and health.**

After that, we’ll use various precision tested tuning forks in different frequencies around the body, which is similar to a sound bath. The sound helps you enter a deep state of relaxation, decreasing stress, enhancing immune response, and integrating body and mind. You may even transcend to higher levels of consciousness, or see certain colours, or messages.

 

We’ll close with a brief blessing.
